Our Sales Support team at Bsquare is responsible to support the companies in product demonstrations and product proposals across all product lines. This role is integral to help you to achieve sales and profitability objectives. Additionally, the Sales Support Specialist at Bsquare acts as the bridge between Sales and each Product Business Unit.

Following are the Sales Support that we generally give to our clientele:

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations; understand and clearly articulate our value proposition
  • Develop and maintain demonstration scripts
  • Create and maintain responses, and FAQ database.
  • Continuously learn and collaborate to assimilate new and advanced features
  • Provide knowledge of market and industry latest trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
  • Use CRM system to assist in reporting pipeline and prospecting activities
